This is a charming, small family winery on prime bench land with old vine Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon vines. In nice weather, the tasting is done with the owner/winemaker outside at a picnic table, under huge olive trees. In cool weather, the tasting is done in the winery or at the owner’s house. The hillsides are planted with grapes and pomegranates. Watch for the sheep in the vineyards as you arrive. This is hands-on winemaking so if you can, visit here during crush. Wines: Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Petite Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc. AWG Rating 90
